Here are a list of things that needs to be done so that you can get to Bhutan safe and sound for a wonderful experience that awaits you! And the good news is they are very simple!

| Step 02 CONTACT US |
|
The next thing to do is e-mail us. When you write, you could tell us what it is that you are interested in doing when you visit. If you are not entirely happy with our tour programs in the Activities & Events section, don't worry! We will be more than happy to customize an itinerary for you. |

| Step 03 PAYMENT |
| After we've decided on a tour/trek program for you, you'll need to make a 50% advance deposit via wire transfer. The remaining amount will need to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival at Paro, Bhutan's only airport. |

| Step 04 YOUR VISA |
| Then comes your Tourist Visa which you needn't worry about. All we need from you is an email copy of the photo and information page of your passport. Other information needed are your street address in your home country and your occupation. Once your visa is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter which you'll have to provide at Paro airport to recieve your visa. |

| Step 05 YOUR DRUK-AIR TICKET |
| We'll also be taking care of your flight ticket booking for flight on board Druk Air, the national carrier of Bhutan. For this, we will need to know the city of your flight transfer from where you'd wish to board Druk Air. Bangkok seems to be the popular choice for most visitors, but other cities available are Dhaka, Kolkatta, Delhi and Kathmandu. Some even prefer to enter Bhutan via India by land. For this option, we'll be recieving you at the Bagdora Airport on the southern Bhutan-India border town of Hasimara. Lastly, of course, we'll need to know when you'd wish to board Druk Air at your external flight transfer city and when you'd be leaving Paro. Please note that we'll be sending you the original Druk Air Ticket via postal mail to the address you provide us with. |

| Step 06 ARRIVAL AT PARO |
| Finally, you'll board Druk Air from the external flight transfer city of you choice and fly to Paro airport where our guide and driver will recieve you in the traditional Bhutanese custom. |
